It is a high quality fine corn flour to make a creamy and fragrant polenta. Also known as "mais del Palladio" in honor of the museum located in Vicenza and dedicated to the architecture of Andrea Palladio from the mid 16th century, one of the most influential architects of the world and southern American architecture.
