These biscuits are known as "biscotti" in the USA, but are called cantucci in Tuscany where they were first invented. Each crunchy "Cantucci" is hand cut and twice-baked in the traditional fashion. Chunks of dried figs and almonds make for a perfect, not-too-sweet treat. Dip in espresso or vin santo!
